Engine Service

We have the capacity to perform comprehensive performance testing and all phases of maintenance on main and auxiliary diesel engines, reversing gears, and other propulsion systems. Our team is qualified to provide all necessary servicing and testing on our three dedicated test benches, accommodating engines up to 5150 kW and 15 tons. Ship engines can be serviced in-house or at external locations at the client’s request.

We are also certified to provide engine services for Deutz, Cummins, Mercury, Mercruiser, Cummins Mercruiser, and Suzuki. We have extensive experience in the testing and repair of high-pressure fuel systems (Bosch, L’Orange, C.A.V., Rikard Bencic) and regulators (Woodward UG8, UG40, PGS). Additionally, our team and tooling are specialized for marine reversing reduction gears manufactured by ZF (Zahnradfabrik), Reintjes, and Renk.

We can perform a complete overhaul of turbo-blowers, including dynamic balancing of rotors manufactured by companies such as Brown, Bovery & Cie – BBC, Kuhnle, Kopp & Kansch – K K K and Napier, and can execute tests of fuel injection systems. For this purpose, Bosch and Hartridge test stands are available.
